Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor in Born leading the outbound warehouse team, directly managing 2 Assistant Warehouse Supervisors and 40 Warehouse Operators, driving LEAN improvements (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) to meet weekly/monthly KPIs, coordinating capacity based on forecasts, coaching staff to higher performance, and ensuring a safe, motivated work environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction in the fire-prevention logistics domain.
Required Qualifications
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level
- At least 3 years of leadership experience within logistics (preferably contract logistics)
- Strong social and communication skills
- Experience with process improvements (within the LEAN philosophy)
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
