Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor role overseeing inventory control and warehouse order processing; responsibilities include assisting in replenishment, receiving and shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising/leading the team, and ensuring safety and paperwork/Data entry accuracy. Requires leadership experience, ability to operate various forklift types, physical ability to lift/heavy items, and strong communication with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
Required Qualifications
- Be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Pass all pre-employment, background check and drug testing
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers and coworkers
- Be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, and capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways
- Have previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors
- Have previous leadership experience of at least 1 year
- Have previous management experience of 4 or more people
