Job Summary
Direct the hiring, termination, and daily performance of warehouse associates while overseeing receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, and controlled substance verification. Monitor workflow, coach staff development, and implement process improvements to boost productivity and accuracy. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, DEA regulations, and all company policies. Manage attendance, overtime, and physical inventory counts. Maintain detailed records of delivery processes, manifests, and cage/vault activities. Resolve delivery or order-filling issues with customers as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, with availability for weekend on-call rotation and extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations
- Minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Ability to communicate effectively as a leader, both orally and in writing
- Good decision-making skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good leadership/coaching skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of computers to operate effectively with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

- Proficiency to operate a reach truck
- Willingness to work extended hours
- Willingness to take part in weekend on-call rotation
