Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound activities; leads frontline warehouse teams; monitors KPIs (productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time shipment, damages, customer complaints, safety); drives process discipline and ensures safety, quality, and service standards; supports warehouse strategy and continuous improvement initiatives; collaborates with inbound, outbound, planning, transport, QA, and customer service functions; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supervisory experience; familiarity with ERP/WMS and reporting tools; strong communication in English and local language.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience in supervising frontline teams or shift-based operations
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and operational KPI management
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and warehouse reporting tools
- Good command of written and spoken English and local language, where required
