Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping activities; supervise and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety; monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to prevent discrepancies; enforce safety policies and collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize layout and workflow; prepare operational reports and address issues to maintain service levels. The role requires leadership and strong communication skills, proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software, and knowledge of safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment and compliant operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
- at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments
