Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and supervision of warehouse staff. Ensure orders are shipped correctly and on schedule; manage delivery of products received; optimize inventory movement using forklift, pallet jack, and handcart; enforce OSHA and safety standards; supervise WMS and staff performance; provide input on employee reviews; address attendance and discipline concerns; foster a safe, efficient, and customer-service-oriented warehouse environment; maintain alignment with company values and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of warehouse field experience
- Prior supervisory experience, strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States at time of application and not require sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience with warehouse logistics and operations
- Ability to operate hand tools, forklift, pallet jack and handcart
- Demonstrated leadership skills and customer service focus
