Warehouse Supervisor

Oversee supervision of receiving, shipping, warehousing, and distribution; drive safety initiatives; manage cost, metrics, and labor planning input; develop and mentor stockroom and distribution teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals; implement lean standards and 5S; coordinate inbound/outbound materials and prepare domestic and foreign freight; generate reports on warehouse activities and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements; lead continuous improvement efforts to improve on-time delivery and overall performance; act as primary escalation point for the warehouse area and communicate daily expectations; train and cross-train team members to ensure competency in all required areas; foster a safety-focused culture and resolve nonconforming product issues timely.
