Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee warehouse operations for a one-site facility in Cincinnati, supervising a small team of para-professional staff to manage receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Responsible for implementing safety policies, optimizing layouts and workflows, monitoring safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA), utilizing WMS/ERP systems to track performance, and contributing to process improvements. Acts as key liaison for shipment planning with BNA, trains and develops staff, ensures timely/integrity of inbound/outbound materials, and maintains inventory accuracy and product flow to prevent downtime. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent warehouse-management experience, 6–10 years in related roles, supervisory experience, and strong leadership and analytical capabilities with a focus on safety and quality in food manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of equivalent experience in Warehouse Management
- 6-10 years of experience in related area
- 2-4 years Supply Chain experience
- 1-3 years Supervisory experience
