Warehouse Supervisor (Based in Dongguan)

Coordinate routine on-site operations for Distribution Centers in China, managing inbound and outbound workflows, inventory accuracy, and repackaging line execution. Serve as the primary contact for daily DC activities, overseeing third-party suppliers for warehousing, transportation, and express delivery. Collaborate with quality, re-packing, and document teams while interfacing with Sales, Marketing, and Finance for order status, packaging confirmations, and inventory reconciliation. Enter daily operations into the Navision system, verify repacking results for finished goods and damaged produce, and conduct bi-weekly inventory counts with gap analysis. Review inbound, outbound, and transfer orders within the ERP platform. Requires 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, familiarity with 3PL operations, and proficiency with SAP or NAV software.
