Job Summary
As a Warehouse Supervisor/Backroom Processor, you will oversee and mentor warehouse associates to achieve operational efficiency and meet production goals. Your responsibilities include evaluating employee performance, maintaining quality control and security of merchandise, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and adaptability in various production units. This role requires the physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent

- Adaptability to supervising and working in various production units
