Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with managing employees and activities at the branch, including inventory oversight, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, efficient, customer-focused warehouse environment. Lead warehouse team performance, supervise daily tasks, monitor KPI/metrics, assist with recruiting/training, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate branch activities to meet objectives. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, 2+ years warehouse experience, and valid driver’s license preferred. Shift is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; position is full-time, non-exempt. Emphasizes leadership, operational efficiency, inventory control, safety, customer service, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
- Valid CMV DOT Medical Card preferred
- Forklift certification required
- 2+ years warehouse or equivalent experience required
- Experience with fleet and MHE safety and maintenance
- Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment safely
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with safety-focused mindset
