Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, lead and manage a team of associates, and monitor inventory levels within the Warehouse Management System. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer service inquiries. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and productivity. Requires a diploma or degree in logistics, at least five years of warehouse operations experience with two years in a supervisory role, proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work morning and night shifts in Gelang Patah, Johor.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office application
- Able to work at Gelang Patah, Johor
- Willing to work on shift (morning & night)
- Strong commitment towards the role
