Job Summary
Oversee Customer Order Fulfillment, Inbound Receiving, inventory control and outbound. Provide direct leadership to up to 30 team members. Analyze performance using production, safety, quality, cycle time, financial data to identify process variations and communicate issues to leadership. Drive continuous improvement using LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma tools; implement solutions to improve results and operations excellence. Develop an engaging, fair workplace culture with training, performance feedback, evaluations, and recognition. Ensure compliance with Company policies and government requirements (OSHA, DOT, EPA). Report to the Site Leader; based in Anchorage, AK with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. until finished.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years leadership or supervisor experience in a customer order fulfillment environment
- Ability to lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 lbs and possibly up to 75 lbs
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SAP and warehouse management systems
