Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Ensure accurate inventory by organizing warehouse stock with section charts and row counts, and verify received shipments against the AlplaProd system. Monitor deliveries for damages and correct quantities, prepare Bills of Ladings, and enforce Transport Management System compliance for carrier selection. Schedule vendor pickups, deliveries, and repairs to maintain equipment and minimize waste. Supervise warehouse associates by assessing training needs, implementing the Pay by Skill program, and managing attendance records. Maintain a safe environment by identifying unsafe behaviors, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to OSHA guidelines.

- Certified Fork Lift Driver
- Trainer
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Safety awareness

- Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to talk or hear
- Ability to sit
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
- Ability to lift and/or move more than 50 lbs
- Close vision
- Ability to act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
- Ability to adhere to all ALPLA policies and procedures
- Ability to adhere to Safety Standards (OSHA)
Desired Qualifications
- 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Warehousing/Supply Management
