Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee warehouse shipping, receiving, and replenishment activities while supervising the workforce to ensure safe execution within OSHA guidelines. Manage pallet assembly quality for store deliveries, resolve inventory discrepancies, and maintain daily production records. Drive steady workflow through routine spot checks, adjust manpower for efficiency, and develop associates via training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed. Requires weekend and holiday availability, strong supervisory skills, and experience with Manhattan WMS. Competitive weekly wages, up to 50% earned wages access, health benefits, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Prior work experience including lead person or supervisory duties
- Good supervisory & Team Leadership skills
- Ability to work and motivate others to achieve positive results
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read and interpret computerized reports
- Analytical ability to handle administrative duties
- Mental alertness to ensure accurate, safe, and thorough completion of work activities
- Ability to concentrate and deal with frequent interruptions
- Basic computer skills
- Personal computer experience
- Experience using a WMS (Manhattan)
- Ability to work in controlled temperature environments ranging from room temperature to 28 degrees
- Ability to walk, climb, push, pull, and occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to withstand long periods kneeling, squatting, or bending
- Knowledge of all warehousing operations
