Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise warehouse personnel on one shift to ensure all functions, including shipping, receiving, loading, put away, and accuracy checking, are performed per Distribution Center Operations Manual. Control production standards and accuracy of shipments while maintaining daily production and accuracy records. Ensure the most economical and efficient use of equipment and personnel, and assign associates to jobs with coaching toward performance. Demonstrate ability to train and motivate employees in process improvements and standard work. Conduct performance and safety observations, build relationships with Transportation and Procurement departments, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining a safe work environment. Requires two plus years of warehouse operations experience.
