Job Summary
Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials while accounting and auditing equipment, supplies, and inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Optimize space utilization, enforce operating procedures, and safeguard facility and equipment maintenance. Manage projects and resources, lead a team, and communicate effectively in English. This role requires forklift certification, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to work overtime with little notice, including weekend hours. Candidates must be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forklift. Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning of Columbus provides HVAC maintenance and new unit installations, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management
- 3+ years of experience leading successful, productive teams
- Forklift Certification
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage projects and resources
- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently
- Ability to drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forklift
