Warehouse Supervisor (Afternoon Shift)

Direct supervisory responsibilities include administering workflow, preparing team schedules, and optimizing receiving dock efficiency and space utilization. Manage dispatching for the day shift supervisor by routing and inputting loads while ensuring proper equipment maintenance and usage. Train employees on material handling, maintenance, and specific tasks; determine rotation positions and encourage cross-training across all team members. Provide coaching, report ongoing performance, and identify superior performers for development. Enforce safety standards and ensure the area remains well-maintained, productive, and compliant with company policies. Afternoon shift (2pm -10pm) Monday to Friday with potential Saturday rotations. Requires 2-5 years of distribution/warehouse experience and a satisfactory criminal record check.
