Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Allocate and coordinate personnel resources across all warehouse activities to ensure materials are received, stored, sampled, dispensed, processed, and shipped correctly. Oversee weekly cycle counting, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure all transactions are completed promptly in SAP while adhering to FIFO principles. Supervise shipment documentation, coordinate sampling for production schedules, and liaise with Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to support smooth operations. Conduct walkabouts to ensure areas remain inspection-ready and GMP compliant, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor team performance metrics and prepare performance appraisals. Requires a third-level qualification in supply chain or logistics, 5+ years of experience in an IMB/FDA-regulated environment, and strong computer literacy. Reports to the Warehouse Manager in North Dublin.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an IMB/FDA-regulated environment
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with ERP or other automated control systems
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- US & Puerto Rico only
Desired Qualifications
- A third-level qualification in Business, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline
