Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel to manage, control, and ensure the proper receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while complying with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards. Administer material receipts, verify quantities and conditions, and control movements with subcontracting suppliers to ensure timely supply to production areas. Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy, verify ERP system compliance for designated storage locations, and monitor inventory levels. Implement logistics process improvements and promote ergonomic practices to prevent workplace risks. This onsite role supports the Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon, contributing to ABB's mission of running industries leaner and cleaner.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in similar warehouse and/or logistics positions
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed degree required)
- Intermediate level of English communication skills
- Management of operational personnel
