Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or GED
• •2+ years cumulative experience in a Warehouse/Distribution environment
• •Minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership role
• •Prior forklift experience
• •Ability to lift 50 lbs
• •Must possess good communication/interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment
• •Strong time management skills
• •Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• •Must be able to lead training effort of new employees
• •Must possess process troubleshooting skills
• •Must be able to lead and create a safe work culture
• •Must be able to accurately complete all administrative paperwork
• •Must be a hands-on leader
• •Must possess strong writing and verbal communication skills
• •Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
• •Must be able to lead and create a safe work culture
• •Must be able to prioritize activities of team leaders and support departments
• •Must be able to monitor, maintain and improve key performance indicators daily
• •Must be able to lead by example and perform all job duties in accordance with Growscape's values
• •Must be able to execute coaching and corrective discipline
• •Must be able to ensure compliance of direct reports to all Growscape policies and procedures
• •Must be able to achieve business goals in areas like safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• •Must be able to support all company policies and Procedures including 5S and focused work teams
• •Must be able to direct daily operations within assigned departments
• •Must be able to ensure alignment with Growscape's safety, quality, and performance standards
• •Must be able to foster a safe work culture
• •Must be able to drive continuous improvement across key performance indicators
• •Must be able to complete administrative tasks
• •Must be able to work Friday through Sunday, 6:30 am - 7:00 pm
• •Must be able to work in a changing warehouse conditions due to weather (extreme heat or cold)
• •Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, sit and reach continuously throughout the shift
• •Must be shift flexible
• •Must be able to get along well with others
• •Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• •Must have a strong working knowledge of warehouse operations
• •Must have mechanical aptitude
• •Must be able to learn distribution processes as it relates to operations and our company procedures

Desired Qualifications

• •Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• •3rd party software exposure preferred with payroll/timekeeping and ERP
• •Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• •Experience in RF Scanners & Warehouse Management Computer Software
• •Prior experience with FedEx & UPS Systems
• •Bilingual English/Spanish
• •Must be able to lead training effort of new employees
