Job Summary
Supervise the building, staging, and loading of outgoing materials while managing warehouse personnel. Schedule team members to meet facility demands and plan staffing assignments, equipment, and space for the loading process. Maintain adequate inventory levels of all products, order supplies from suppliers, and oversee equipment staging to ensure timely loading. Secure company assets and manage labor and OPEX budgets. React productively to changes and handle essential tasks as assigned. Requires forklift certification within 60 days, Class A CDL preferred, and experience managing people and budgets. Work in a hot, humid warehouse environment with extended hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience
- Experience managing people/budgets
- Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
- Forklift certification
- Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product
- Ability to push/pull <55 lbs
- Ability to lift/carry <55 lbs

- Ability to adjust and focus
- Monday thru Friday; 11am-9pm extended hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff
- Computer and database application skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and voice picking equipment
- Truck/Trailer backing experience
- Class A CDL
