Warehouse Supervisor - 3rd shift

Lead and inspire the warehouse team through shift meetings, one-on-one coaching, and real-time support to maintain a culture of accountability and safety. Drive operational excellence by adjusting workflows to hit productivity goals, implementing labor management programs, and overseeing inventory audits. Develop your team by identifying training needs, performing job shadowing with forklift operators, and providing consistent performance feedback. Prioritize safety by leading monthly safety meetings, conducting daily observations, and ensuring all policies and best practices are followed. Work Monday through Thursday from 11pm to 9am.
