Job Summary
Lead and supervise all warehouse operations on the 3rd shift, ensuring production schedules, quality, and safety objectives are met. Manage and develop warehouse staff, coach performance, and administer disciplinary procedures as needed. Coordinate resources (materials, equipment, personnel) to maintain production flow, ensure food safety and sanitation compliance with GMPs, FDA, and USDA standards, and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service. Drive timely execution of production plans, oversee verification of shipments and inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance information sharing, training delivery, and overall site performance. Requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills; SAP experience is a plus; overtime flexibility may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree preferred in business, logistics or related field
- strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work across multiple shifts to meet operating environment needs
- SAP experience a plus
- experience leading and coaching teams
- familiarity with FDA, USDA food-safety and sanitation standards
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- standing/walking/physical stamina for manufacturing environment
