Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor, 2nd shift (Thurs-Mon) who supervises the warehouse team and facility operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards; duties include training and performance feedback for direct reports, assigning duties, managing inbound/outbound shipments, organizing merchandise, maintaining inventory, planning production schedules, tracking reports, and monitoring warehouse activities and purchasing to ensure product availability; requires 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership, experience with WMS, ability to work in extreme temperatures, ability to lift 40 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends; Company emphasizes equal employment opportunity and dedication to a safe, efficient food-supply chain environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
