Job Summary
Lead outbound shipping operations including picking, staging, inspection, and carrier loading while ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. Oversee inbound receiving activities, verify materials, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. Manage replenishment activities to support manufacturing, coordinate material requisitions, and prioritize production staging requirements. Supervise warehouse associates and forklift operators by assigning daily work activities, training on safety and procedures, and conducting performance discussions. Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe, organized environment. Monitor shipping performance metrics and resolve discrepancies promptly. 2nd Shift schedule Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience using WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and develop employees in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Ability to work in various warehouse conditions
- 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10pm
