Job Summary
Second-shift Warehouse Supervisor in Arlington, TX, responsible for supervising the second shift, enforcing company policies, and handling timekeeping, performance reviews, and inventory control. Duties include monitoring hours, managing timecards, conducting performance reviews, communicating daily summaries, supervising safety and PPE usage, ensuring productivity, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, using scanners to place and pull parts, stocking parts, pulling orders, and assisting in counting and reconciling physical inventory. Requires 1 year of supervisor experience, bilingual Spanish/English, ability to lift 75 pounds, certification on Power industrial equipment within 30 days, and computer usage.
