Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including accurate receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipments for Rosina Food Products, Inc. Supervise and coach up to 10 associates per shift, approve PTO, and enforce safety and performance standards while maintaining entries in the Warehouse Management System and ERP (QAD). Coordinate raw material staging for production, conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, and ensure adherence to food safety and quality assurance documentation. Collaborate with supply planning, production, and transportation partners to coordinate inventory flow. This role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, the ability to lift 60+ lbs., and work in cold environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- preferably in food or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems
- Microsoft Excel/Word
- Proven ability to lead teams
- resolve issues
- maintain high levels of accuracy and accountability
- Must be able to lift 60+ lbs.
