Warehouse Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Coordinate and ensure the accurate and efficient flow of all palletizers, transfers, rails, shipments, inbound supplies, and trucks. Supervise daily inventory, storage, and movement of packaging materials, ingredients, and finished product, including stock rotation for a 200-trailer drop lot. Manage hold product reporting, balance counts, and track TTB compliance documents while serving as the direct contact for the Quality Department. Oversee employee training, coaching, and discipline, and monitor WMS functions, scanning, and forklift inspections. Enforce policies regarding GMP, fire codes, safety, and federal regulations. Work the second shift from 1pm to 10pm Monday through Friday with flexibility for weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or material handling
- 2+ years supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment
- Team oriented
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- WMS knowledge helpful
- Highly organized/self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Selected candidate must be willing to work any shift and weekends when necessary to cover the needs of the business
- 1pm to 10pm Mon-Fri with flexibility for weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- A combination of education/military leadership/ work experience may be considered
- WMS knowledge helpful
