Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure product flow, safety, and efficiency while managing inventory levels and Warehouse Management Systems. Facilitate problem-solving to address labor performance issues and achieve key performance indicator goals, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and good manufacturing practices. Schedule and manage warehouse operations to maximize production for minimum cost, maintain an audit-ready clean environment, and ensure fair employment practices for your direct reports. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 10:30pm. Prior technical experience and forklift certification are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two to Three (2-3) years of previous supervisory experience
- Five (5) years of warehouse experience
- Must wear safety boots/shoes
- Must wear safety vest
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm
Desired Qualifications
- Prior technical knowledge (or "tech savviness")
- Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong leadership skills in developing high performing work organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Previous Forklift Certification
