Job Summary
Direct and supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, packaging, shipping) and ensure inventory accuracy. Lead day-to-day activities of staff, provide technical guidance on complex issues, participate in hiring and performance reviews, collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues, and promote safety and Medline Core Values while maintaining overtime within budget. Emphasizes coaching and mentoring to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency; ensures all routine paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree a plus
- At least 3 years supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff
- At least 3 years warehouse experience
