Warehouse Supervisor - 1st shift

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Supervise all warehouse staff, manage labor scheduling, and lead shift huddles to communicate goals and safety expectations. Maintain accurate payroll records, coordinate new employee onboarding, and enforce OSHA compliance through regular safety audits and accident investigations. Perform or oversee forklift training and equipment maintenance inspections while ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards where applicable. Analyze volumes to forecast labor needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and minimize claims.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification through in-house training.
- Must be willing to work overtime weekends and holidays as requested by manager.
- PPE as required by each facility
- 5 years Warehouse Leadership Experience preferred
- WMS and handheld scanner experience
