Warehouse Supervisor - 1274

Execute building open and close procedures including warehouse and inbound yard walks to verify physical security; oversee daily operations covering package receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch. Conduct daily vehicle inspections, lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings, and allocate labor across operational areas based on volume and staffing. Independently assess associate and driver performance, provide direct feedback, and support ongoing development through coaching and structured evaluations. Train associates on standard operating procedures, coordinate contractor onboarding and dispatching, and monitor workflow using the Fetch WMS to track inventory and key performance metrics. Manage access control, resolve customer experience tickets, and model a culture of safety by identifying hazards and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. Maintain a clean work environment and serve as the on-site point of contact for residents, vendors, and third-party agencies. This role operates on a fixed weekly full-time schedule, front or back half of the week, with subject to change based on operational needs.
