Job Summary
Lead a warehouse operations team to manage end-to-end fulfillment, oversee inventory, coordinate independent contractor drivers, and drive process improvements across a fast-paced, on-site warehouse in Philadelphia. Responsibilities include managing the full scope of fulfillment, coaching and mentoring Operations Associates, scheduling staff and independent contractors, triaging and dispatching delivery drivers, collaborating with Customer Service, maintaining package inventory on the Fetch platform, overseeing vehicle maintenance, and delivering the Fetch Experience. Key skills include leadership, coordination, problem solving, communication, training, scheduling, and a strong customer-service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership position
- Must be able to handle 50+ pounds
- Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Proficient in basic computer usage
- Clear and concise electronic and verbal communication
