Job Summary
Conduct warehouse operations including picking, putaways, damaged goods removal, and receipting finished goods independently. Collaborate with the Shift Manager and Warehouse Despatchers to develop a continuous improvement culture and enhance performance across all shifts through excellent communication. Engage with other shifts to improve functionally related continuous improvement initiatives and support Bluebird's operational activities with best practices. Work Monday to Friday from 02:30pm to 10:30pm in Wiri.
Required Qualifications
- full time legal work rights in NZ

- Tertiary qualifications (preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Mathematical skills - Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
- The ability to work autonomously
- Computer literate – intermediate excel skills
