Job Summary
Prepare customer orders for delivery with speed and accuracy while operating powered equipment and using RF Scan Gun Technology. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by supporting team goals and multitasking effectively. Ensure all details are met during loading and unloading of trucks, including lifting 50+ lbs regularly and handling large or oddly shaped items. This role requires a clean driving record and the ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time. Join Standard Supply, a family-owned HVAC company established in 1946, to work in locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona. Full training is provided for all equipment operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Safety-first mindset when using equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable loading/unloading trucks
- Can sit for 20+ minutes at a time
- Able to push/pull 20+ lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders
- Comfortable handling large or oddly shaped items
- Clean driving record (no major or repeated violations)
