Job Summary
Assist in wire cutting, accurately pull material to fill orders, pack and label shipments, and load delivery trucks. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and RF guns while notifying the Branch Manager of inventory shortages. Maintain a clean, safe environment by sweeping floors, cleaning shelves, and adhering to all safety protocols. Handle calls as needed and perform other duties assigned to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced product and warehouse knowledge that would normally be acquired in five or more years of experience
- Safety training on material handling and forklift driving
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
