Job Summary
Warehouse Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse and stores operations, manage inventory levels, kittings, and cycle counts; coordinate inbound/outbound shipping with cross-functional teams; define and implement material handling processes in the UK; ensure stock integrity and timely deliveries; collaborate with Warehouse Manager and cross-functional teams, with a hybrid work arrangement in Sunnyvale, CA and London, UK; experience with ERP/stock management systems and a fast-paced, high-tech/auto R&D environment are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics, ideally within a high-tech or automotive R&D environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple teams
- Familiarity with stock management systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse management software (preferred)
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
