Warehouse Specialist

Receive and inspect inbound freight, reporting any damage. Use barcode scanners to verify and track shipments, then sort, count, package, and prepare materials for shipment. Operate industrial-powered lift equipment, including hi-lo and stand-up reach forklifts, while conducting and assisting with inventory counts to resolve discrepancies. Wrap and balance pallets per shipping requirements and restock inventory per warehouse guidelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. This role supports daily operations for Virginia Tile Company's wholesale distribution of tile and flooring products across 14 states.
