Job Summary
Receive documents from carriers, verify amounts, and record materials in the ERP system. Move items from receiving to storage after Quality Assurance review, fill orders from stock, and package finished goods for UPS or Fed Ex shipment. Mark materials with identifying information, issue items to supervisors or handlers, and assist with annual inventories and inventory controls. Resolve problems concerning warehousing, shipping, and receiving while maintaining accurate records. Sweep and clean the warehouse area. Respond to production requests with a quick turnaround time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of warehousing experience
- Knowledge of basic math
- Ability to speak and write English
- Ability to operate forklift, pallet jacks, and dollies
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop and bend for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to conduct repetitive motions on a daily basis
- Certification of Forklift operations (Reach Truck and 3-Wheel Forklift)
- Ability to operate a computer and software, including UPS and Federal Express Internet programs
