Warehouse Specialist - Swing Shift - (Sun-Thurs 5pm-1:30am)

Job Summary
Efficiently retrieve orders using barcode scanners, load and unload trucks with forklifts, and package parcels to ensure a pristine unboxing experience. Maintain client-specific requirements, train new members on metric goals, and troubleshoot equipment while identifying and solving abnormal conditions through root cause analysis and camera footage. Accurately input data into spreadsheets, perform quality checks on SKUs, and manage batch printing to prevent bottlenecks in the packing process. This role requires rotating between batching, training, and abnormal condition management, with mandatory seasonal attendance changes and short-notice overtime. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
