Job Summary
Manage day-to-day cGMP warehouse operations, including material receipt, quarantine/release segregation, staging, issuance, and cold-chain/ambient shipping. Execute precise, contemporaneous documentation for receiving, transfers, and outbound shipping with zero tolerance for record-keeping shortcuts. Perform cycle counts, expiry tracking, and pick materials for GMP and non-GMP manufacturing runs according to strict SOPs. Prepare and document temperature-sensitive shipments (15 to 25°, 2°C to 8°C, -20°C, -196°C) maintaining chain-of-custody and IATA/CFR 49 compliance. Report material discrepancies with Quality Assurance and maintain clean, compliant warehouse zones. Prioritize audit readiness and master data hygiene to support future ERP deployment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in a regulated environment (cGMP, Pharma, Medical Device, or Dietary Supplements)
- Demonstrated understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Legible penmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate warehouse material handling equipment safely
- Ability to work in ambient and cold-storage environments
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Certification in Dangerous Goods Shipping per IATA and 49 CFR Parts 100-185
