Job Summary
Warehouse Specialist is responsible for dispatching parcels and assigning tasks to DSPs, developing and enforcing QA protocols, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement. They will conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews, recruit qualified DSPs and onboard them, design training to improve service quality, support fleet operations and task distribution, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and handle daily operations and emergency responses. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and bilingual Mandarin, plus 0-1 year in last-mile/3PL warehousing or related logistics experience. Shift is 6AM-3PM with a hybrid work setup; compensation includes supervisor and specialist tracks with salary ranges, benefits, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
