Job Summary
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will manage core returns, including daily reporting and investigation of cores in storage, ensuring proper crediting and communication with customers. Responsibilities also include shipping cores, maintaining reports and inventory, coordinating warranty parts, and optimizing warehouse organization. You will need to adhere to service standards and collaborate effectively with supervisors and coworkers while handling returns and customer inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in a transportation, warehouse or supply chain environment
- A high school diploma and/or GED is required
- Ability to walk up step-ladder while carrying parts
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Ability to learn new concepts
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
