Job Summary
Execute goods receipt and order picking by unloading shipments, verifying packing lists, and picking/packing for dispatch. Safely operate material handling equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks while labeling products correctly and maintaining cleanliness standards. Support periodic stock takes and assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse flow and storage efficiency. Proficiently handle full sets of shipping and export documents, including Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices, while coordinating freight forwarders and carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in receiving, storing, picking, and documenting materials
- Proficient in handling full sets of shipping and export documents, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin
- Knowledgeable in incoterms, HS Code classification, im/export declarations, and customs clearance procedure
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and responsible, safety‐conscious working attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse processes or inventory systems
- Forklift certification
