Job Summary
The Warehouse Specialist handles day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities including receiving, shipping, and counting inventory, and collaborates with technicians to ensure needed parts are issued and staged for scheduled work. Responsibilities include completing reports/logs, verifying equipment returns, performing data entry, pulling and staging equipment, conducting counts (daily/monthly/quarterly), ordering supplies to keep stock, assisting Managers, tracking equipment needs, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires warehouse experience (preferred), strong math, organization, communication, and ability to follow instructions; forklift experience is preferred but not required; must work well in a team environment. The role is part-time to full-time with a 5:30 am to 2:00 pm shift and starts at $20/hour.
