Job Summary
Warehouse Specialist responsible for issuing, receiving, storing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping gear and equipment; receiving and unpacking shipments; verifying quantities against documentation; storing equipment in bins/locations; packing and shipping equipment; tracking inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS); loading/unloading; organizing inventory per procedures; performing other duties as assigned; must pass NAC for base access and DoD system access; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs; experience with forklifts/pallet jacks and OSHA safety; preferred military logistics background.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two-year�s experience in performing warehouse duties (packing, shipping, receiving, picking, inventory and order fulfillment)
- US Citizenship is required
- Must pass a National Agency Check (NAC) investigation to obtain base access and DoD computer system access
- Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs, long periods standing)
- Ability to operate warehouse tools and equipment (stretch wrap, banding, forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Experience using Warehouse Management System for inventory management and control
- Preferred: Military Supply MOS experience (USMC 3043/3051, Army 92Y, Air Force 2S051, Navy LS)
- Contingent role tied to a proposal with a contract award date in Spring 2026
