Warehouse Specialist - Inside Sales Support

Warehouse Specialist handles internal and telephone customer sales and service activities; manages inventory, pulls orders, conducts monthly audits, fills cylinders, and operates a forklift. Responsible for receiving, processing, picking, unloading, labeling, storing, and entering new stock into the system; prepares and completes orders for delivery or pickup (picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, staging, loading, shipping, back orders). Performs cycle counts and inventory control, coordinates with Purchasing on stocking issues and expediting orders, and assists with equipment repairs and maintenance. Provides sales and customer service support to walk-in and telephone customers, prepares orders, quotations, and bids for welding equipment and gases; sets up showroom displays and maintains showroom/warehouse areas. Coordinates with drivers, supervisors, and sales staff to ensure accurate delivery and customer satisfaction; welding knowledge is a plus.
