Job Summary
Independently perform all warehouse and inventory functions to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant material handling. Maintain adequate on-hand inventory levels, process inventory issues, returns, and adjustments, and order, receive, stock, and transact materials entering and leaving the warehouse. Document, prepare, send, and receive equipment for returns and repairs while conducting monthly cycle counts and full inventory counts to reconcile variances. Communicate with vendors for pricing and availability, and mentor and train other warehouse specialists. This role primarily supports the warehouse in Weston, with travel to other locations within 2 hours required around two days per week. Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience
- Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Demonstrated project lead skills
- Oracle or other ERP or inventory/warehouse management software
- Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Ability to climb up to 10 feet via ladder
- Ability to use tools
