Warehouse Specialist***FORKLIFT CERTIFIED***

Job Summary
Receive incoming shipments, verify product accuracy and quantities, and inspect, label, and organize inventory for proper storage. Pull, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment while loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift. Manage daily shipping activities with common carriers, process freight and ground shipments, and maintain warehouse organization and safety standards. Assist customers at the sales counter and process transactions accurately. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. Forklift certification required; high school diploma and warehouse experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience required
- Flexibility to work extended hours based on business needs
- Ability to safely and independently lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and using office equipment
- Ability to work in a safe and alert manner at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience in warehouse, retail, customer service, or sales environments preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus
